Shipping Policy

We deliver across Europe to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Finland, Germany, Italy, and Switzerland.

Delivery is free of charge if you reach the minimum order value of 79,99 €. Otherwise, the standard delivery fee is 5,99 € for all countries except for Switzerland, 7.99 € and the UK, 7.99 £.

Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive your order's tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using our logistic partner's tracking portal.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding national holidays. In the case of a multiple-item order, a separate delivery is not provided; all products will be delivered together in a single shipment.


Delivery Attempts

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier might leave a contact card (depending on type of delivery service and carrier) at your address indicating when they will attempt to re-deliver the package. If you are not able to receive the parcel on the last attempt the carrier is willing to make, it will be returned to the carrier depot. You will then have to contact the carrier to make arrangements for the collection, otherwise the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded through your original payment method.

Shipping Address Change

Please note that once your order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order or change your billing/shipping information.

We therefore recommend checking the delivery address information before placing an order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can simply return your order by following the instructions in the return delivery note.
